As we look back on the one hundred years that we have been in the drainage and bridging business we can feel proud of the many solutions that we have provided to thousands of our customers over the years. The past three years have been particularly exciting for us at Armtec. Since we became public in 2004 we have experienced significant growth not only organically through our existing product lines but also through the introduction of new products and through the acquisition of quality businesses that have complemented our strong product offering. Through this time we have also welcomed new customers with a commitment to providing a level of service that we insist gets better every year.

In 2007 we participated in a transformational event for our company, the acquisition of Con-Force, Western Canada’s leading manufacturer of pre-cast and pre-stressed products for the infrastructure market. With this acquisition we more than doubled the number of employees we have in the company and added significantly to our product portfolio.

As a result of this most recent change, we have reorganized the company in order to provide the very best service to our customers, unitholders and other stakeholders in our company. We have established two operating divisions within Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund (“The Fund”). These are the Con-Force Division, headquartered in Richmond, B.C. and led by Ron Adams, President, and the Armtec Division, headquartered in Guelph, Ontario and led by Kevin Young, President. I have the honour of leading this strong management team as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Fund.

As we continue to grow our business I will check in with you on a regular basis, and in the meantime I can assure you that my focus, as well as that of Ron, Kevin and the team of experienced professionals throughout our company remains ensuring that our valued customers receive industry leading quality, service and responsiveness.
